To secure your date, we require a signed digital contract and a retainer fee. Once both are received, your date is officially off the market for any other inquiries.
How much is the retainer?
The retainer fee is 30% of your total collection price and is non-refundable, as it ensures your date is exclusively reserved for you.
Do you travel?
Yes, we love traveling to capture unique love stories. Travel fees apply for weddings outside our primary service area, and we handle all logistics to make it seamless for you.
Can we customize a package?
Absolutely. While our standard collections meet most needs, we are happy to add extra hours, multi-day coverage, or specific deliverables to ensure your story is told perfectly.
When is final payment due?
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. We send a reminder as the date approaches to ensure everything is squared away before your celebration.
How long is turnaround?
For photography, you will receive a sneak peek within the firsr week, with the full gallery delivered in 12 weeks. Films follow a similar timeline, with highlight trailers arriving shortly after the day.
